A Project Management Plan is created for each program which then becomes a living foundation documenting the project. Defined workflows, production task owners, skills matrices and relevant technical data and requirements will be integrated into the Project Management Plan. This data is created and gathered to ensure a seamless kickoff into the initial production phase. Weekly checkpoints with the appropriate client team members to communicate progress on mutually agreed upon work breakdown structure as well as any feedback will commence.
